The Evansville PHCT was created in 1985 with a focus on promoting long-term stewardship of the land and its related resources. The Pioneer Heritage Conservation trust serves the counties of Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail and Pope, funding a variety of conservation projects and educational programs.
